Film Review - Kill Bill: Volume I

In Kill Bill a kind of furry stegosaurus is feeling bitter about being abandoned by its Religious Studies teacher, Bill. The ancient code of the dinosaurs dictates that any furry dinosaur experiencing feelings of bitterness must seek vengeance. So the stegosaurus sets about its task.

This volume, volume I, charts the furry stegosaurus’s first faltering steps towards the inevitable murder. At first it bakes cakes, little realising this has little or nothing to do with honour killings. After seeking advice from a hairless stegosaurus it starts to channel its aggression and manages to at least make a couple of people stare at it weirdly. The film ends with the furry stegosaurus feeling marginally more confident, but still a bit doubtful.
